Las Vegas is venerated worldwide as a prime tourist destination gleaming with indulgences that satiates every carnal desire. In my case, a seemingly illimitable appetite for anything extraordinary when it comes to sampling exquisite palatable delights.
Facing the day after a restful night’s sleep deserves a breakfast that elevates above mediocre breakfast offerings of cold cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. I do enjoy the sweet succulent meat of fresh Snow Crab Legs, but for brunch? This I have got to experience.
Crafted Buffet at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino serves a decently priced brunch with a plenitude of breakfast and lunch varieties to satisfy everyone’s cravings. Their menu ranges from the unexceptional breakfast staples of scrambled eggs,make-your-own omelet stations, bacon, sausage, benedict eggs, meat and cheese selections, and of course fresh fruits and salads, to more exemplary selections of fork tender sweet and tangy marinated pork ribs, flavorful yet mildly spicy chicken curry, warm and soul satisfying gumbo, succulent roast beef, tender and juicy prime rib and my personal favorite, snow crab legs served cold and brimming with the fresh taste of the Alaskan waters. Pair up your dining selections with a glass of crisp champagne or a refreshing splash of citrus with a tall glass of mimosa.
Our brunch cost us less than $25 per head, which is typical for a mid ranged brunch buffet in Las Vegas. Whether you fancy American, Asian, Mediterranean or Mexican food choices, you’ll have options to satiate your heart’s desire. Food quality is quite good, but unremarkable as it unveils a pale contrast against Vegas’ more luxurious buffets. However, I am easily biased towards any restaurant that has snow crab legs on its menu. These mouth-watering treats, when served fresh and cooked to perfection, call for a delicious dining experience that makes it well worth every dollar I vested.
