Situated on the Collins Road Square in Cedar Rapids IA, this restaurant boast of serving authentic Asian and Asian Fusion dishes using only the freshest ingredients and choice proteins in all their dishes.
The restaurant features a full service bar, and a vibrant sushi bar in a casual dining atmosphere. Décor was a bit dated with life-sized statues of Military Men standing near the bar. But hey we are here for the food and we really worked up an appetite after spending an afternoon at Lindale Mall located just half a mile from the restaurant.
Menu
Menu features a generous selection of Asian and Fusion dishes featuring Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and even Mongolian inspired dishes. Sushi menu offers a vibrant selection of sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi style sushi, and sushi boats!
What we tried:
Pineapple Fried Rice
This dish was simply delish! Flavorful, garlicky, aromatic fried rice with a nice touch of sweetness from pineapple chunks. The sticky rice they used to make this dish somehow added a textural component that simply works. Trust me, this is one rice dish you don’t want to miss out.

Stir Fried Yakisoba Noodles
Noodles have a special place in my heart, and this one rocks it. Extremely flavorful stir fried noodles with fresh vegetables, tender strips of New York Strip Steak cooked in savory soy sauce.

Signature Lobster Tail
Priced at $14, this is probably the cheapest Lobster tail I’ve ever had in my life. But it’s definitely worth a try.
The dish came with 5 large chunks of lobster meat served in its own shell in a garlic lemon sauce. The lobster meat had a bit of chewiness to it. Sauce tasted nice. Buttery and garlicky with a lemon base, almost like an Asian lemon beurre blanc. Overall, the dish was underwhelming but it was okay for the price.

Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp
Sautéed jumbo-sized shrimp with mix vegetables in a thickened white wine sauce. Shrimp had good texture and flavor. Vegetables vibrant and tasted fresh with a nice crunch to them. However, overall flavor of the dish failed to stand out.

Amaebi(Raw Sweet Shrimp) and Sake(Salmon) Nigiri Sushi
Both the nigiri sushi pieces we tried were actually pretty good. Definitely one of the best tasting sushi we tried in Iowa.
Amaebi sushi tasted fresh with nice subtle sweetness. The salmon sushi tasted pretty nice as well. Sushi rice was just a touch dry but still quite delectable.

Seaweed Salad
This might seem a bit exotic to some, but once in a while I do crave a delicious helping of seaweed salad! Crunchy, refreshing seaweed over slices of cucumber. Toss in little bit of fragrant sesame oil and you have a simple, healthy and delicious salad perfect as a side dish or as an entree with some rice.
