Love it when there’s always that part of the world where the air is ever warm, trees are always green and flowers are constantly blooming. Love it when at-least sometimes I’d be experiencing that part of that world all over again. Cebu always have a special place in my heart since I was born here. Always cherishing Philippines, always been missing this part of the world when other parts of the globe looks gray and dull.
I’d like to think that going where my heart leads and dancing to the rhythm of my heartbeat are my style of my own life-cabaret-show. Everybody loves a good cabaret show. The dancing, singing, all their colorful costumes and most of all the meaningful content of the show are such delight to see.
How skyways and byways wind to spin a tale of my stories are like temples to me. Never thought I would have to jet across the globe to once again see the hallmarks of “tubong” Cebu! Leisurely strolling around Taoist temple has forged nostalgic feelings of yesteryears of my childhood. Growing up, my family used to visit this place fortifying family bond through wandering. I guess genes is the culprit of me being a roamer.
It is once more another celebrated holiday by more than 20% of the world, the most significant awaited festivity in China and to Chinese people all over. I’m not in anyhow have Chinese blood, but my husband is and his kin.
It’s finally snowing! I’ve been submissively waiting for heaven to rain glitters on Christmas, but it didn’t arrive. But, it’s not too late to begin to look like Christmas in January, is it? I love snow day especially fresh powdery snow! The brown, gray, gloomy days of winter when blanketed with snow enveloping surfaces is such a bright, refreshing respite. When frost scattered like ashes and branches of trees dressed with delicate crystals, I can’t stop myself but gasped in awe that finally it looks like I’m in winter wonderland!
