Taipei’s culinary scene is as vibrant as it is diverse. Myriads of delicious options ranging from quick bites like the ones you’ll find in night markets, or gourmet offerings with a handful of Michelin-star restaurants serving some of the best foods money can buy.
Taipei was our unplanned travel destination for 2020. With the malicious spread of the deadly coronavirus across nations, borders and continents, we have to reschedule our Hong Kong travel plans and decided to stay in Taipei for a few days prior to our departure back to the United States.
Taipei – a bustling metropolis with ultra modern skyscrapers, tons of temples and religious sites, plus several shopping options and thriving open markets. With endless things to do and places to explore, no wonder Taipei has enough draw for tourists in this age of travel and global exploration.
Bohol – A picturesque island just a few miles southeast of Cebu brimming with lush greenery and stunning landscapes. No island of note is complete with beautiful white sand beaches, crystal clear waters and some of the most colorfully bustling marine life perfect for a fun day of snorkeling and diving.
Through the years, Cebu’s Tourism Industry has managed to elevate this small island into one of the world’s prime bucket list destinations with over 7 million visitors each year. In a country with over 7000 gorgeous tropical islands, that’s a lot of tough competitors to beat.
