Mild winter months still enfolds us with chillier air, and I’m itching to frisk about beneath the soothing heat of the solace warmth of the winter sun. My husband and I love to hop on in another potentially-epic adventure. This time, I finally succumbed to his long time yearning to embark on a cruise. I am now so geared to hit the high seas.
Unlike a land-based getaway, traveling by ship yields another set of rules in packing. I will enumerate here on my list some personal essentials I packed for my very first time cruising (basic ones). To follow are some of the vital stuff first time cruisers need to pack after this experience. For now, I’ll show you what I picked for me.
#1 Swimsuits
This one’s a given. After all, this is a beach and cruise adventure.
#2 Beach Towel
I bought this round watermelon beach towel for a handful of purposes. (You’ll see in my soon coming posts)
#3 Cocktail Dress
I will be bringing at least three date-night-kind-of-like dresses. Every time we go on a vacation, every night for me is a date night, and I always want to dress right and nice. Also, cruises have one formal night and you need to dress up a bit.
#4 Espadrille Wedge
I love to bring a pair of espadrille wedges for its versatility. I can use them from waterfront to date night.
#5 Woven Handbag
You might just be strolling around metropolitan area or strolling around digging your toes in the sand or even having some evening gaiety, this handbag is just a pure delight to be part of your accessories.
#6 Woven Hat
This one’s always trendy, added with some fundamental use. It protects your face from the sun while looking chic and stylish.
#7 Date Night Purse
I bought this Furla Metropolis Studded Bag for the reason that it’s fitting for dressing down or dressing up.
