Happy Tuesday everyone! The shining sun is out and I’m gladly galloping in delight without a doubt. For a week the atmosphere was somber and starless at night. It was gray, dull and cold. But today, the sun decides to glow at last! I’m so pleased that I can leisurely stroll today and receive the benefit the rays of sun supply. Do you also know that Vitamin D boosts weight loss? As a Registered Nurse, when a patient of mine is confined long enough inside, I always suggest families to take their loved ones out to get some sunshine.
