I’m so delighted that it’s now just a day away when we can finally see nature wear a kinder look and don on colorful blossoming flowers. After cheerlessly enduring the harsh winter climate, the seemingly elusive spring is now on our doorsteps to make us feel its breath of warmer embrace.
Spring Breakers this year will once again dominate the number of travelers that will crowd the airline industry this year. According to the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA), they are expecting over 107 million passengers and crew members between March 14 and April 28. This number showing a projected 3% increase on the number of passengers from the same period last year.
Our incurable cruise fever started January 2019 when we unlocked the opulent world of cruising on board Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas. After a brief 4-day cruise enjoying the invigorating bliss of the Bahamian sun, we found ourselves drawn towards the allure of cruising on more magnanimous ships, particularly the Oasis class ships of the Royal Caribbean line.
Making personal discoveries across worlds unknown while creating new cultural connections and indulging local delectables, undoubtedly some of the many perks of traveling. Before reaching our journey’s end, comes the all too unpopular horrors of long intercontinental economy flights. Long flights in relatively cramped seating arrangements, not exactly an ideal way to travel. But for most of us, it is a realistic portion of the pursuit of our next travel venture.
Days from now, the daybreak of the new equinox will commence soon. Birds will soon hum sweet songs filling the air, wild rising flowers embellishing rainbow garlands to our earth and one day we will feel the kiss of the warm breeze and taste the first lick of rising temperature. For that, it is also another reason to launch for a change of our wardrobes and handbags.
