Mini vs Midi Dresses

July 5, 2019

It’s always so refreshingly delightful to have days when we can just wear on something light and garments stitched with fun. Since it’s always at this time of the year that nature lavishes us with plenty of sunlight, longer daylights and warm hours, it’s also a time when we adorn ourselves with cute and delicate, adorable dresses to celebrate summertide. What more could summer entail than frolicking beneath the soothing heat of the sun in your twirly sun dresses and being conventionally sun kissed! But there are distinctive two types of frocks I love to wear every summer. They are minis and midis.

Minis are dresses that have cuts always above the knees. An eye catching type of cut in which you confidently parade those great legs and feel sexy while doing your cat walk probing shops along strip malls or just strolling and dipping your toes in the sand. You can’t go wrong donning on one of those adorable minis. They are really adorable! You can always style them with flats or those darling espadrilles and you’d still look fabulous as you strut those high streets. From going to a date night or a happy hour with your friends to even marching in a fine dining restaurant with someone special, you’ll always look lusciously put-together while yielding in a minimal amount of effort.

Midis on the other hand have a longer hem than the minis but they still do wonders like those mini dresses. You’ll be able to strut them with flats at daylight or match them with heels at night equally. Midis are stylish and the most sophisticated dresses for sunny days. You’ll look refined while being carefree and chic at the same time. When you have those days when don’t want to feel over exposed, then these type of dresses is yet made for that too! A dress that’s polished, classy, and most of all, invariably trendy. You can wear midi dresses all year round. This is a style of clothing that for me is as versatile as it is perfect for many occasions. From hosting cocktail parties, to attending weddings, to rendezvous date nights and to weekend brunches, you’ll never be a pariah showing up in any social shindig with this type of cut. This trim is just plain chic and gracefully effortless that can give you that feeling of but nothing short of carefree and flirty!
